Cala Salento offers an elegant air-conditioned apartment with star-shaped vaults, located in the center of Leverano, in a fully served area and just few kilometers from the splendid marina of Porto Cesareo, the beaches of the Ionian Sea and Lecce, a wonderful baroque city.

LIVING AREA: the property has a living room with chimney, dining table and chairs. A large air-conditioned living room with double sofa bed, TV and piano. A fully equiped Kitchenette complete with fridge, oven, dishwasher and crockery.

SLEEPING AREA: there is a bedroom with double bed. A full bathroom (with ventilation) complete with shower box and anteroom with washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, a garden with citrus grove equipped with outdoor table, chairs, barbecue, parking space and Wi-Fi. ANIMALS ARE NOT WELCOME. Water supplied by the Apulian aqueduct.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
