Cala Salento offers you Villa Giada, an exclusive air-conditioned detached villa with 10 beds, located at just 450 meters from the beach of Torre Lapillo.

LIVING AREA: At the entrance we find large living room with sofa, sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, microwave, dishes, cookware and washing machine.

SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double bedroom, bunk bed, and TV, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom, TV and private bathroom with amenities and shower box; 3rd bedroom with bunk bed), there is another bathroom in the hallway with amenities and shower box

FURTHER FEATURES: Villa Giada is surrounded by large verandas equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, comfortable armchairs and a typical Salento garden with olive trees. There are two outdoor showers with cold water, indoor parking for 2/3 cars, stone barbecue, mosquito nets and blackout curtains on the windows. Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
