Cala Salento welcomes you in Villa Poesia for the 2024 season, it is an independent villa with 12 beds.

LIVING AREA: living room with sofa, TV, dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchenette with fridge, oven, and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: 1st air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed, 2nd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed plus bunk bed, 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed (CURRENTLY under CONSTRUCTION). There are two bathrooms in the corridor with toilet and shower box.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: The garden is furnished with outdoor lounges for your pleasant moments of relax. Stone barbecue. Two outdoor showers with hot water. Washing machine, mosquito nets on windows only, pets are allowed, three parking spaces, Wi-Fi. Water supplied by Acquedotto Pugliese. Domestic hot water supplied by solar thermal panel.

Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the booking date until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
