An exclusive villa with 4 apartments, located in Torre Lapillo just 80 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of the renowned Lido Bacino Grande. Access is via private road, closed by gate, with access to residents only. Apartment Roma No. 2 located on the first floor and is composed as follows:

LIVING AREA: an air-conditioned entrance/living room with sofa bed, TV, kitchenette complete with oven, refrigerator dishwasher, washing machine and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: an air-conditioned hallway, 1st double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom plus bunk bed. Full bathroom with shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, equipped balcony with sitting area, terrace for exclusive use with table and chairs. Outdoor shower shared with the rest of the apartments. Parking space in the street. .

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
