Exclusive villa with 4 apartments, located in Torre Lapillo just 80 meters from the splendid sandy beaches of the renowned Lido Bacino Grande. Access is from a private road, closed by a gate, with access to residents only.

Apartment Rome n° 3 (CURRENTLY UNDER RENOVATION, WORK COMPLETION MAY) is composed as follows:

LIVING AREA: air-conditioned entrance/living room, TV, table and chairs, kitchenette complete with oven, fridge and crockery.

SLEEPING AREA: hallway with French bed, 1st double bedroom plus folding bed to be placed if necessary. Full bathroom with shower and washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, veranda equipped with garden table and chairs. External shower shared with the rest of the apartments. Parking space on the street.

Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
