The villa features a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, complete with dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine (Vergnano capsule system).

The bright and welcoming living room is air-conditioned and furnished with a sofa bed, making it suitable for comfortably accommodating additional guests.

The sleeping area includes 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, simply and functionally furnished to ensure comfort and privacy: 1st bedroom: double bed, 2nd bedroom: double bed + single bed, 3rd bedroom: double bed + single bed

There are two bathrooms, both complete with sanitary facilities and shower box.

OUTDOOR SPACE & AMENITIES:
