The villa consists of a main building and an annex.

The main house includes three bedrooms: a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed if necessary), and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. A full bathroom with a shower is located in the hallway.

The air-conditioned living room features a kitchenette equipped with an oven, refrigerator, and dishes, a TV, and a dining table and chairs.

The air-conditioned annex has a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet. An adjacent outdoor veranda is equipped with a table and chairs.

The layout of the rooms ensures comfort and privacy, making it ideal for two families.
