Bright, air-conditioned living room with dining table and chairs, TV, and a fully equipped kitchenette featuring two induction hobs, refrigerator, mini oven, cookware, and tableware. Bathroom complete with shower enclosure and all amenities.

SLEEPING AREA

The apartment offers two comfortable bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with a double bed.
• Second bedroom with two single beds that can be joined together to create one double bed.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES

All windows and doors are fitted with mosquito screens. Each apartment features a private furnished veranda with table and chairs, perfect for relaxing or enjoying meals outdoors.

Guests can also enjoy a shared garden equipped with outdoor showers, washing machines, a communal outdoor kitchen, wood-fired oven, barbecue area, and a pleasant dining and relaxation space.

The property also includes Wi-Fi, one private parking space per apartment, and pets are welcome upon request. Water is supplied by the Apulian Aqueduct (Acquedotto Pugliese).
