Cala Salento offers for rent a nice apartment on the second floor with 8 beds at just 40 meters from the beach. The large veranda equipped with dining table and comfy sofa, will allow you to spend moments of great relaxation in the open air, enjoying beautiful sunsets.

LIVING AREA: consists of a large living room equipped with dining table and chairs, sofa bed and TV corner. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, oven, dishwasher, pots and pans.

SLEEPING AREA: The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms of which, 1st double bedroom; 2nd double bedroom; 3rd double bedroom with private bathroom (service and washing machine corner). Two bathrooms, one of them with shower.

FURTHER FEATURES: the entire apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, WI-Fi, mosquito nets on the windows. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Outdoor shower with hot water. Guests have two parking spaces in the private garden.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
