In the renowned Porto Cesareo, just a few meters from the sea and the center of the town, Cala del Salento offers you a lovely and comfortable independent small villa with 8 beds, on two levels.

LIVING AREA: there is an air-conditioned entrance/living room with dining table, sofa, TV; kitchenette complete with fridge, oven, crockery, pots and pans.

SLEEPING AREA: On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double bedroom, 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds), in the hallway, there is a full bathroom and shower box.

On the first floor, there is a hallway with two single beds, 3rd air-conditioned double bedroom and private full bathroom.

FURTHER FEATURES: small inner courtyard with a shower box and washing machine. On the terrace, there is an additional outdoor shower with box and solar panel for hot water, mosquito nets, Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
