ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: bedroom with double bed and small balcony. Full bathroom with toilet, shower cubicle and washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: small outdoor area with table and chairs, shared access with the basement. Mosquito nets. THE PRESENCE OF ANIMALS IS NOT WELCOME. Water supplied by the Apulian aqueduct.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
