Cala Salento offers you La Casa Di Diego - First Floor accommodation for 8 people, located on a private road closed with an electric gate, only 45m from the well-known Torre Lapillo beach and equipped lidos.

LIVING AREA: The apartment consists of a large air-conditioned living room, TV, with access to the kitchenette complete with all amenities: refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, dishes and cookware. Bathroom complete with toilet and shower stall.

SLEEPING AREA: Consists of 3 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double room; 2nd air-conditioned double room and has an access to a small balcony; 3rd air-conditioned double room with en-suite French bath and washing machine).

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Access to the property is via a common entrance with the Ground floor. The house has an equipped balcony with outdoor table and chairs. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Outdoor shower. Parking space in private street. Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
