Cala Salento offers you La Casa Di Diego - Ground Floor accommodation for 8 people, located on a private road closed with an electric gate, only 45m from the well-known Torre Lapillo beach and equipped lidos.

LIVING AREA: The apartment consists of a large air-conditioned living room, TV, with access to the kitchenette complete with all amenities: refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, dishes and cookware. Bathroom complete with toilet and shower stall.

SLEEPING AREA: Consists of 3 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double room; 2nd air-conditioned double room and has an access to a small balcony; 3rd air-conditioned double room with en-suite French bath and washing machine).

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Access to the property is via a common entrance with the first floor apartment. The garden is equipped with a comfortable sofa, outdoor table and chairs.. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Outdoor shower. Parking space in private street. Pets are allowed. Wi-Fi.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
