Description

Cala Salento welcomes Mark's House for the 2023 season. Its location will allow you to spend a wonderful, relaxing holiday, the house is situated only a few metres from the city centre and about 300m from the beach.

LIVING AREA: consists of a living room with dining table and chairs, sofa, TV and a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, fridge, crockery and cookware.

SLEEPING AREA: offers an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed. A Hallway with bunk bed. Bathroom with air ventilation, a toilet and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: a small outdoor area with table and chairs, at the back of the house there is a veranda with washing machine and outdoor shower with hot water. Mosquito nets. ANIMALS ARE NOT WELCOME. Water supplied by Apulian aqueduct.

Cala Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance from the date of booking until check-out.

DISTANCES: Torre Lapillo is at 200m, Porto Cesareo 5 Km, Punta Prosciutto 6 Km, Brindisi Airport 59 Km.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
