Casa Salento offers you Nicoletta House at just 100 meters from the beautiful beach of Scala di Furno. Comfortable air-conditioned ground-floor apartment with 8 beds.

LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned entrance/living room with TV, double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, access to the balcony equipped with a sitting area. Kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishes, cookware and washing machine.

SLEEPING AREA: includes 3 bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed and private French bathroom with shower, 2nd bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom with two single beds) there is an air conditioner in the hallway that cools the entire sleeping area. Additional bathroom complete with toilet and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: Located within a condominium context with a shared garden with playground for children and reserved parking space internally. Access to the beach is via private small alley. Mosquito nets.

Cala del Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
