Cala Salento offers a modern apartment located on the second floor of "Orsa Maggiore" residence in Rivabella area - Gallipoli.

LIVING AREA: the apartment consists of air-conditioned entrance/living room with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. Kitchenette complete with refrigerator oven and dishes, covered balcony with living area, ideal to enjoy breathtaking summer sunsets in relaxation.

SLEEPING AREA: Three bedrooms: 1st double bedroom, 2nd double bedroom. Air conditioning in the hallway, a full bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. 3rd bedroom with two pull-out beds, ceiling fan and private bathroom with shower.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, available to guests an outdoor shared shower. Reserved parking space in the inner courtyard. Direct access to the beach. PETS ARE NOT WELCOME.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
