SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedroom (1st air-conditioned double room and bunk bed; 2nd double room; 3rd double room) second air conditioning in hallway. No. 2 bathrooms, first bathroom complete with toilet and shower box, second bathroom with toilet and washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: Garden surrounds the property, on the back side of the property there are sofas, outdoor shower with hot water, gas barbecue. Mosquito nets. Wi-Fi. Parking space on the street near the property. Animals are NOT allowed. Terrace with clothes rack.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
