Cala del Salento suggests for an unforgettable beach holiday, an exclusive independent villa with 10 beds at just 200m from the stunning beaches of Porto Cesareo - Scala di Furno.

The property is located within a small residential complex with an exclusive access to residents only. The house has a large and cozy veranda equipped with outdoor furniture, barbecue and shower.

LIVING AREA: consists of a living room with sofa bed and TV, bathroom with washing machine, kitchen, a second bathroom with shower.

SLEEPING AREA: first air-conditioned bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed plus two single beds. A convenient internal staircase leads to the first floor where two comfortable air-conditioned double bedrooms are located. Third bathroom of the house (complete with shower box).

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets. In the space in front of the house (common with other properties) there is a parking space, Wi-Fi. ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Cala del Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
