Cala del Salento offers, for an unforgettable holiday by the sea, a lovely detached villa with 8 beds, situated just 400 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Torre Lapillo and the famous equipped lidos of Bahia del Sol and Cala Serena. Access from gate, comfortable outdoor veranda with garden table and chairs.

LIVING AREA: The interior consists of air-conditioned entrance/living room with double sofa bed, TV, modern kitchen with table and chairs, kitchenette complete with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: 1st air-conditioned double room plus bunk bed, 2nd air-conditioned double room. Two full bathrooms with shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: outside veranda with garden table and chairs, stone barbecue, at the back of the house there is an outdoor shower and washing machine, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, Pets are allowed. Parking space.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
