LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned entrance/living room with dining table and chairs, double sofa bed and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishes, cookware and washing machine.

SLEEPING AREA: 3 bedrooms: 1st air-conditioned room with double bed and single bed, 2nd air-conditioned room with double bed, 3rd air-conditioned room with double bed. Full bathroom with toilet and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: External service bathroom, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, gazebo with table and chairs for tasty lunches, garden surrounds the property shared with the adjacent property, barbecue, parking spaces, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Water supplied from cistern, good for cooking and washing but not for drinking!

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
