Cala del Salento offers you Villa Corallo just 350 meters from the wonderful beaches of Torre Lapillo, with 10 beds and fully air-conditioned.

LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned entrance/living room with TV, dining table, chairs and sofa bed. An open kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes and cookware. A Second small kitchen separated from the living room.

SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedrooms, divided as follows: 1st air-conditioned double bedroom, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom, 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with three single beds, en-suite bathroom with toilet and shower box; a second bathroom with toilet, shower box and washing machine in the corridor of the sleeping area.

FURTHER FEATURES: Entrance through a large gate with garden, stone barbecue and veranda equipped with outdoor furniture; at the back of the house there is an outdoor shower with hot water, sink and clothesline. No. 2 parking spaces inside the property. Wi-Fi. Mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
