Directly on the beach, we offer for your summer vacations a stunning independent villa with 10 beds. The terrace is equipped with outdoor furniture, stone barbecue and offers a wonderful sea view. You will never be tired of admiring the fantastic color display, shades of hues and the blue sea. You will live unforgettable nights under a starry sky waiting for some shooting stars.

LIVING AREA: The house consists of a large air-conditioned living room furnished with sofa bed, dining table and TV. A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, pots, pans and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: Consists of 4 bedrooms (first air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, second air-conditioned with double bed, third air-conditioned with double bed, fourth bedroom with bunk beds), and 2 bathrooms with shower box in the hallway.

FURTHER FEATURES: The garden is equipped with outdoor furniture, stone barbecue and outdoor showers. Sea-view terrace equipped with kitchenette. Parking place . Wi-Fi and Washing machine.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
