LIVING AREA: Entrance hall with dining table and chairs, sofa and TV, kitchenette in separate room complete with oven, fridge, dishwasher and crockery. First French bathroom with shower cubicle.

ACCOMMODATION FOR THE NIGHT: 1st air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and TV, 2nd bedroom with bunk bed + single bed, 3rd air-conditioned double bedroom. Second full bathroom with shower cubicle.

FURTHER FEATURES: veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs, outdoor shower, laundry area with washing machine and sink, mosquito nets, parking space and Wi-Fi. THE PRESENCE OF ANIMALS IS NOT WELCOME.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
