Cala del Salento offers for your unforgettable vacations by the sea, a charming detached villa at just 5 meters from the Polynesian beach of Torre Lapillo, fully air conditioned, with 12 beds immersed in the sand dunes of Lido Bacino Grande. A large garden that surrounds the entire house, with veranda, lawn, stone barbecue and parking spaces, a perfect spot for moments of true relaxation to breath a pleasant sea air.

LIVING AREA: consists of kitchen complete with refrigerator, oven and dishes and a large air-conditioned living room with two double sofa beds, TV, chairs and table.

SLEEPING AREA: 3 bedrooms (1st air-conditioned double room with bunk bed and private bathroom, 2nd air-conditioned room with double bed, 3rd room with loft bed). In the hallway, there is a second bathroom with shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: at the back of the house, there is a laundry corner and 2 outdoor showers with hot water, mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
