At 250 meters from the Caribbean beach, Cala del Salento offers for rent, a modern independent villa with 8 beds, of which 6 beds in the house and 2 beds in the dependance on the backside.

LIVING AREA: entrance/living room with kitchenette complete with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and dishes, dining area and TV.

SLEEPING AREA: 1st air-conditioned room with double bed and TV, 2nd air-conditioned room with 2 bunk beds. Two bathrooms (in hallway) with shower box.

At the back of the property, there is a depandance with a 3rd air-conditioned double bedroom and a private French bath.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, Wi-Fi, veranda equipped with outdoor furniture and barbecue. At the backside, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and laundry area with washing machine, One parking space.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
