Cala del Salento offers you an exclusive Villa, with direct access to the beach. Villa Incanto, is located within a complex of two units, completely immersed in the beautiful dunes of Torre Lapillo. The property accommodates 12 people.

LIVING AREA: large air-conditioned living room with 2 double sofa beds, TV, dining table and chairs. A fully equipped kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedroom, 1st air-conditioned room with double bed, 2nd air-conditioned room with two single beds (can be joined for double use if needed), 3rd air-conditioned room with double bed and bunk bed. In hallway two full bathroom with toilet and shower box and washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: veranda equipped with relaxation corner, table and chairs, stone barbecue and a beautiful sea view. Mosquito nets, pets are allowed, Wi-Fi. Parking space shared with the property on the first floor.

Cala del Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
