Cala del Salento offers you an exclusive Villa on the first floor with direct access to the beach. Villa Incanto, is located within a property that consists of two units, completely immersed in the stunning dunes of Torre Lapillo. Villa Incanto hosts 10 people.

LIVING AREA: large air-conditioned living room/kitchen complete with 2 single sofa beds and TV with a beautiful sea view; dining table and chairs. A kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedrooms, 1st air-conditioned room with double bed, 2nd air-conditioned room with double bed and private bathroom complete with amenities and shower box, 3rd air-conditioned room with double bed and bunk bed. In the hallway, there is a second bathroom complete with services and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: veranda equipped with a relaxing corner, table and chairs, stone barbecue and a beautiful sea view. Mosquito nets, washing machine, pets are allowed, Wi-Fi. Parking space shared with the property on the ground floor.

Cala del Salento guarantees its guests continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
