LIVING AREA: Entrance/living room with individual sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. Kitchenette complete with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: Three bedrooms (1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed plus single bed, 3rd bedroom with double bed). Three bathrooms, two of which are complete with toilet and shower box and one service bathroom with washing machine.

FURTHER FEATURES: the entire apartment is equipped with central air conditioning, Wi-Fi, mosquito nets, NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. Outdoor shower with hot water, two outdoor verandas, the frontal veranda is equipped with sitting area, the one on the back has table and chairs ideal for dining, one parking space indoor.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
