The property is entirely surrounded by a garden equipped with outdoor table, chairs, sun umbrella, barbecue, outdoor kitchen and wood oven.

LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned entrance/living room equipped with double sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. A fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, dishwasher and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: 1st air-conditioned double bedroom, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom and TV, 3rd air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Two bathrooms in the hallway with shower boxes.

FURTHER FEATURES: mosquito nets, garden equipped with outdoor sitting area, table and chairs for relaxing dinners/lunches, outdoor shower, laundry corner with washing machine, Wi-Fi, parking space.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
