SLEEPING AREA: consists of 3 bedrooms, (1st air-conditioned double bedroom and TV, 2nd air-conditioned double bedroom and TV, 3rd bedroom with 2 bunk beds) Two bathrooms complete with toilet and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: veranda equipped with dining table and chairs, laundry area with sink and washing machine, mosquito nets, outdoor shower. Wi-Fi, Two/three parking spaces. Pets are allowed. Large garden surrounding the property.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
