ZONA GIORNO: ingresso/soggiorno climatizzato con divano e divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo pranzo e TV, cucina completa di forno, frigo, e stoviglie.
SISTEMAZIONE PER LA NOTTE: (un climatizzatore in corridoio): 1° camera con letto matrimoniale, 2° camera con letto matrimoniale (due lettini pieghevoli a disposizione). Bagno in corridoio completo di box doccia e lavatrice. Sul retro dependance climatizzata con letto matrimoniale e letto a castello, bagno privato con doccia.
ULTERIORI CARATTERISTICHE: veranda attrezzata con tavolo e sedie da esterno, doccia esterna. 3/4 posti auto a disposizione degli ospiti, zanzariere. Animali ammessi.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
