At 200 meters from the Caribbean beach of "Lido Bacino Grande", Cala del Salento offers for rent a lovely detached villa with 12 beds, 8 beds in the house and 4 beds in the dependance at the backside of the house.

LIVING AREA: An air-conditioned entrance/living room with sofa and double sofa bed, dining table and TV. The kitchen complete with oven, fridge, pots, pans and crockery.

SLEEPING AREA: There is an air-conditioner in the hallway, 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed (two folding beds that can be placed in the living room). Bathroom in hallway complete with shower box and washing machine. On the backside of the property there is an air-conditioned dependance with a double bed, a bunk bed and a bathroom with shower.

FURTHER FEATURES: veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs, outdoor shower. 3/4 parking spaces available for guests, mosquito nets. Pets are allowed.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
