LIVING AREA: The front door leads to the living area consisting of living room with TV, dining table and chairs; an open kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cookware.

SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedrooms ( 1st air-conditioned double room and bunk bed, ; 2nd air-conditioned double room and bunk bed, 3rd air-conditioned double room) No. 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: On the back of the property, there is a laundry corner with outdoor shower box, sink and washing machine. The Garden is equipped with sofa, garden table, chairs and a stone barbecue. Mosquito nets. Parking space. WI-FI. Pets are allowed.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
