Cala del Salento offers, for an unforgettable beach vacation, a charming detached villa with 10 beds, located just 350 meters from the beautiful sandy beaches of Torre Lapillo and the famous equipped lidos Bahia del Sol and Cala Serena.
LIVING AREA: The front door leads to the living area consisting of living room with TV, dining table and chairs; an open kitchen with oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, dishes and cookware.
SLEEPING AREA: No. 3 bedrooms ( 1st air-conditioned double room and bunk bed, ; 2nd air-conditioned double room and bunk bed, 3rd air-conditioned double room) No. 2 bathrooms with toilet and shower box.
FURTHER FEATURES: On the back of the property, there is a laundry corner with outdoor shower box, sink and washing machine. The Garden is equipped with sofa, garden table, chairs and a stone barbecue. Mosquito nets. Parking space. WI-FI. Pets are allowed.
Cala del Salento guarantees its guests a continuous assistance that will accompany them from the date of booking until check-out. Torre Lapillo is 850 meter away and Punta Prosciutto is at 4 km.

USEFUL INFORMATION
Booking period: in July/August reservations should
be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3
days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take
place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery
of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless
previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be
requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the
stay.
