LIVING AREA: Air-conditioned living room/kitchen with TV, dining table and chairs, kitchenette fully equipped with fridge, oven, cookware, and tableware. Bathroom with full facilities and shower box.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Two bedrooms (1st double bedroom; 2nd bedroom with single bed).

FIRST FLOOR

STUDIO: Air-conditioned living/kitchen area with double sofa bed, dining table and chairs, kitchenette fully equipped with fridge, oven, cookware, and tableware. Balcony furnished with table and chairs for meals with a sea view.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES: Outdoor shower, parking space at the back of the property, mosquito screens, Wi-Fi. Pets are welcome.

Check-in/Check-out: Key handover will take place between 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
Balance: The remaining balance must be paid strictly upon key collection.
