Living Area: The villa features an air-conditioned entrance/living room with a sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cookware, crockery, and washing machine, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals.

Sleeping Area:

• 1st bedroom: air-conditioned double bedroom with a bunk bed

• 2nd bedroom: air-conditioned room with two single beds (convertible into a double)

• Additional sleeping: sofa bed in the air-conditioned living room (sleeps 2)

• Bathrooms: two full bathrooms with toilet and shower (currently under restoration)

Outdoor Features: Enjoy a comfortable furnished veranda with table and chairs, a private parking space, and an outdoor shower at the back. Mosquito nets are installed on all windows.
