LIVING AREA: air-conditioned entrance/living room with sofa bed, TV, dining table and chairs. kitchenette equipped with oven, refrigerator and dishes.

SLEEPING AREA: 1st air-conditioned double room, 2nd air-conditioned double room, 3rd room with single bed and bunk bed. In the hallway, there is a bathroom with shower.

FURTHER FEATURES: available to guests two more outdoor showers, covered veranda equipped with garden table, barbecue, one parking space, mosquito nets.

The property is located within a private lane closed by a gate with access to residents only.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
