SLEEPING AREA: Large air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and bunk bed. Full-size sofa bed in air-conditioned living room. Bathroom complete with toilet and shower box.

FURTHER FEATURES: Access from common gate with apartment No. 2, equipped veranda with garden table and chairs, In the back of the house, there is an outdoor shower with hot water and laundry corner with washing machine. Domestic hot water supplied by solar thermal panel.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
