FURTHER FEATURES: The villa has a veranda equipped with outdoor table and chairs. At the back of the property, there is a laundry corner with sink and washing machine, outdoor shower box and stone barbecue. Going up the stairs we can access an equipped terrace with sea view. No. 3 parking spaces are available for guests. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets. Pets are allowed. WI-FI.

USEFUL INFORMATION

Booking period: in July/August reservations should be from Saturday to Saturday, in other periods of the year a minimum stay of 3 days is required.
Check-in/Check-out: The handover of the keys will take place between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. and the departure by 10 a.m.
Balance: The balance must be paid strictly upon the delivery of the keys.
Note: We do not accept late arrivals unless previously agreed, for which additional fees may be charged.
Deposit: A security deposit will be requested upon delivery of the keys and will be returned at the end of the stay.
